The Remote Online Notary (RON) is responsible for providing Remote Online Notarization services through our platform. Notaries must be able to provide virtual services.
Key Responsibilities
Notary Scheduling
- Provide Remote Online Notarization services through our platform.
Troubleshooting
- Serve as a point of contact for technical issues that may arise on the website and refer those issues to the appropriate technical team member.
- Follow-up with clients to determine if their technical issue has been resolved.
Coordination and Communication
- Communicate with clients on their notarization needs.
Marketing
- As time permits, engage in various marketing activities, including use of social media to promote the product.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current, Valid Notary Certification.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in any field.

- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey schedules and updates to team members and stakeholders.
