Non-Notary Scheduling Manager
Job Overview
The Non-Notary Scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of Remote Online Notary Services to clients by directing and assigning clients to available Remote Online Notaries. Additionally the Non-Notary Scheduling Manager is responsible for troubleshooting issues that may arise during the day-to-day operation of the website and reporting them to the appropriate management. Finally, the Non-Notary Scheduling Manager makes regular reports to Senior Management on the volume of traffic and responsiveness of Remote Online Notaries to assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Notary Scheduling
- Monitor and Assign requests for Remote Online Notarization to available Remote Online Notaries (RONs)
- Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking to schedule appointments with Mobile Notaries for initial assignment and follow-up, if necessary.
- Report to senior management and stakeholders on traffic levels.
Troubleshooting
- Serve as a point of contact for technical issues that may arise on the website and refer those issues to the appropriate technical team member.
- Follow-up with clients to determine if their technical issue has been resolved.
Coordination and Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for RONs.
Marketing
- As time permits, engage in various marketing activities, including use of social media to promote the product.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in any field.
Skills
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey schedules and updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and proactive approach to identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Web-Based Programs).
